Project Pragati – Progress Tracker

Data makes support smarter. Project Pragati is our progress‑tracking app used by teachers to monitor attendance, learning levels and resource use, ensuring every effort translates into measurable student growth.

Impact demands accountability. Project Pragati equips Gyanastra teachers with a simple, offline‑friendly app to record attendance, assessments and resource distribution (books, stationery, uniforms). Real‑time dashboards highlight who needs help, which methods work, and where to direct funds. The app closes the loop between planning and outcomes so every child, every rupee and every hour count.

In May 2025, before the new academic year began, we distributed school kits, uniforms, tiffin boxes, water bottles, stationery, and books in Yavatmal district (Ghatanji taluka, Margao). We also helped pay school fees for children whose families could not afford them, including those enrolled in government schools.

In the first week of June 2025, we carried out a large school essential drive in the Melghat region of Amravati district, covering villages such as Dharni, Chikhaldara, and Harisal. Hundreds of children received uniforms, books, and supplies to begin their school year with pride.

Around the same time, in Wardha district (Samudrapur taluka), we extended the same support to villages like Nandori and Pimpalgaon, ensuring children had the resources they need to stay in school.
