Refund Policy
At Gyanastra Foundation, we handle all donations with the highest care and ensure they are processed according to the instructions provided by our donors, whether online or offline.
Duplicate payment or incorrect amount:
If you have accidentally made a duplicate donation or entered the wrong amount, please write to us at contact@gyanastra.org with a valid explanation. Once we verify the transaction details and confirm it under our gift acceptance guidelines, the donation amount will be refunded. Any applicable transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are processed within 30 days from the date we receive your request.
Payment deducted but not received by the Foundation:
If a donation transaction is cancelled midway, and the amount is debited from your account but not credited to Gyanastra Foundation, the refund responsibility lies with your bank or payment provider. While we are not liable in such cases, we will support you to the best of our ability. To raise the concern, please email us at contact@gyanastra.org with all relevant details.
