Through community engagement programs, our team works closely with families to help them understand the value of education for girls and the long-term impact it creates for entire communities.

Beyond academics, Project Udaan also addresses a key barrier to girls’ well-being – menstrual hygiene. By distributing sanitary pads and conducting awareness sessions, we ensure that young girls feel confident, supported, and empowered to stay in school without compromising their health. Project Udaan champions girls’ education through community engagement, awareness sessions and menstrual hygiene support so girls can attend school regularly and pursue their ambitions.

Project Udaan addresses social and practical barriers to girls’ education. We run village meetings with parents and leaders, conduct school sessions on rights and aspirations, and distribute sanitary pads so periods never interrupt attendance. With over 70% of our beneficiaries being girls, Udaan accelerates equality one classroom at a time. Together, these efforts aim to break stereotypes, build confidence, and give every girl the wings to dream and the tools to achieve them.
